Follow Up Visit: The Report Visit
On the second consultation, the Chiropractor will go through what is frequently referred to as your “Report of Findings”. During the Report of Findings visit the Chiropractor will spend time to discuss the main findings taken from your case history, physical examination findings , x-rays (if x-rays were taken), as well as your response to your first Chiropractic Adjustment.
During the Report of Findings visit your Chiropractor will also outline your specific recommendations for care, which may include how often the Chiropractor wants to see you along with specific exercises for you incorporate. The goal of the recommendations will be to restore function by correctly removing the source of the problem.
