Chemical Wellbeing incorporates nutrition, hydration and toxin reduction.A balanced diet refers to eating a balanced diet incorporating a variety of whole foods, plants and vegetables. Hydration incorporates consuming the correct volume of water each day to support our optimal organ function. Toxin reduction includes reducing the amount of processed foods, alcohol, cigarettes and other body stimulants.
Emotional wellbeing incorporates our mind and mental wellbeing. Factors that can support positive mental wellbeing include: Getting enough rest, minimising technology use to only what is necessary, taking time to re-engage with nature, spending quality time with family and friends, working on strategies that support positive thought processes and much more.
